| Payment must be submitted with order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. There are no refunds only credit. Payment may be submitted on line through our secure server or by telephone.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL.

| Which software application(s) can I use to setup my files? |

| We accept Quark, Illustrator EPS, Indesign, Photoshop TIF files and Print quality PDF files. Files must be saved as EPS, TIFF or Quark files with images at 300 DPI in CMYK format. |
| What file media format should I use to send files? |

| Files may be sent on CD, DVD or Send through FTP. |
Will Postcard500 design my card for me?

| Yes, we will setup your card for $100.00, provided you send us all materials needed to do this, ie. transparencies or Hi-rez JPGs or tif files from your digital camera along with a hand drawn comp of what you would want your card to look like. Otherwise it's $50.00 per hour for us to design your card from scratch. Please allow 2 or 3 days for us to design your card. |
What is the turnaround time for printing and shipping?

We work on a MONDAY to FRIDAY schedule. Your cards will be printed and ready to ship on Friday if we receive your correct files and orderform on Monday by 6:00PM of that same week. Shipping depends on the method of shipping you request. In Manhattan shipping is $20.00 for up to 2500 cards. REMEMBER: add 2 or 3 days if we design your card.

Why should I want to see samples of your cards?

| Our cards are printed on a high quality, 15 point coated one side Carolina cardstock. This will give your cards a better look and feel than other postcards on the market. It's smart to compare quality. |
What if the files I send you are not correct?

| First of all this will delay your job. This problem can be easily avoided if you follow our file check list. We will fix your files if possible with an approved predetermined charge, depending on the problem. |
